Director - Ambulatory Surgery / Procedural

Plans, organizes, and directs the administrative and technical activities of the unit/department, including personnel management, financial management, strategic outreach to physicians, and administrative functions that relate to quality patient-care services. Creates an effective working relationship with all levels of staff and peers, represents the department on institutional committees, develops long-range objectives, and prepares for any changes in healthcare delivery. The Director translates strategies into day-to-day operations.

Current California RN license. BSN required.

5 years of progressively responsible clinical/administrative experience or comparable experience in a perioperative setting that provides knowledge and skills essential to the position responsibilities. Hospital outpatient or ASC clinic experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
