Client Services Reps serve as the primary contact for clients of Pacific Diagnostic Laboratory (PDL). As a member of the client service team they perform various clerical, electronic, and customer services duties including the management, maintenance, and flow of patient information (laboratory results and test reports); Provide information to clients regarding collection requirements of laboratory testing and are responsible for the front-end, pre-analytical operations, under supervision, in their areas of responsibility. Assignments may include operating information systems for data entry and retrieval of data, billing and client interaction to obtain information and provide excellent customer services. Goals of Position: · Effectively and efficiently communicate specimen requirements and patient results.· Accurately record and convey information regarding specimens and testing.· Excellent phone etiquette· Flexible to cover different shifts A minimum of 2 years of related experience in client service and data entry are required. Medical/lab experience is preferred as well as coursework in the sciences. Associate's degree is preferred. Bi-lingual - English/Spanish preferred.
