Full Job Title: Security Coordinator
The Security Coordinator is a specialty position requiring the ability to combine security experience in conducting investigations, teaching others the non-violent crisis intervention program established at Cottage, and applying technical expertise in security video surveillance. The position is highly visible and collaborates with management. The Security Coordinator is the lead person on day shift, in the absence of the Security Supervisor.
Level of Education: High School diploma
Licenses/Registrations: Private Proprietary Security Officer (PPSO), Pepper Spray certification, Valid CA state drivers license, and heartsaver CPR AED certification,
Technical Requirements: Ability to operate the video review system and knowledge of Security department policies and procedures.
Years of Related Experience: 1 year training and experience in security to preform the respondsibilites competently.
