Full Job Title: Systems Support Analyst - Supply Chain


Provide overall strategy and approach to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Supply Chain Management (SCM) master data management, maintenance, analytics and quality control. Provide solutions for complex data issues, prioritization, system integrations and SCM master file management; act as liaison for data analysis and extraction for reporting to process partners, internal customers, Group Purchasing Originations (GPO) and vendors.

  • Provides system support to all users of the hospital SCM systems, including problem resolution, data extraction and analytics, and training on system upgrades.
  • Programs and creates reporting tools for database systems and ERP data extractions.
  • Performs ERP and database system quality control, maintenance, enhancements and upgrades.
  • Performs analytics from ERP, SCM systems and external partners' software to provide insight and direction for SCM initiatives.
  • Analyzes and verifies accuracy of data extracts and reports requested by external departments or internal customers.
  • Acts as a liaison with external software partners.

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in database and/or ERP applications and systems in health care, using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education.

Knowledge of current database management practices and maintenance, and data extraction, analytics and reporting. Knowledge of information systems techniques and procedures. Knowledge of healthcare ERP and database systems and applications, SCM data analytics and Visual Basic and/or SQL programming. Advanced knowledge of database software, including Excel and Access is preferred.

5 years of experience in related information systems or data extraction and analysis.
