Directs the financial planning and analytics processes for Cottage Health and affiliates, including supporting operations by identifying cost containment, process improvements, and revenue enhancements. Directs the operating and capital budgets preparation and long-range financial plan. Provides oversight over government reporting and compliance with federal and state statutes. SUPERVISES THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS (if applicable): Sr. Government Reimbursement Analyst, Accountant, Financial Analyst, Manager Financial Operations, Manager Decision Support. LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum: Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance, Economics, or Accounting Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/MHA) CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Preferred: CPA TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum: Advanced reporting capabilities, including Excel, PowerPoint and experience with specialized report writing systems. YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum: Eight (8) years in the financial management field, of which five (5) years are directly related to the hospital field.
