Inclusion & Diversity Workforce Planning Manager

The Inclusion & Diversity Workforce Planning Manager will work collaboratively as part of the Employee Experience Team to develop, implement and monitor a program to promote diversity and inclusion within Cottage Health. This role is responsible for oversight, development and implementation of initiatives to create and foster an open and inclusive environment for all.

 

Responsibilities

The Inclusion & Diversity Planning Manager works with departments throughout the organization to promote the importance of diversity, inclusion and workforce planning to enhance the recruitment, retention, diversity and engagement of Cottage Health employees.

 

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         Master’s degree preferred

 

Experience

·         Five Years team management experience

·         Demonstrated success in building and implementing organization-wide initiatives and leading change management efforts

·         Knowledge of D&I and HR processes and functions, including development and facilitation of educational programs, applicable regulatory requirements, coaching and mentoring, employee engagement, and culture development

·         Excellent presentation, networking and verbal and written communication skills

·         Project management skills including the ability to adapt to a changing environment

·         Two to three years’ experience in Diversity and Inclusion

·         Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) preferred

·         Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) preferred
