Supports the IT organization under the direction of the CIO in performing a variety of analytical, administrative, organizational and reporting tasks and duties. Collects, analyzes, and mines data; creates and prepares performance dashboards and scorecards for key performance metrics; analyzes budgets, financial information, and performs cost-benefit and lifecycle analysis; supports the development and implementation of departmental programs; packages information from a variety of sources for presentations and meetings; and creates, updates, and maintains policies and procedures. Key collaborator, working closely with department managers, directors, and business partners to execute tasks and deliver on key deliverables according to timelines.

Performs data collection and information gathering, as well as in-depth analysis of data, budgets, financial, performance, and systems lifecycle information for IT organization operations and performance. Performs necessary information gathering, data collection, inventory, and report creation to support tasks and deliverables. Performs budget and cost-benefit analysis, and systems lifecycle assessments Translates business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications.

Participates in the development and implementation of IT operational and administrative programs. Creates and prepares performance dashboards and scorecards for reporting and tracking of IT key performance indicators. Assists with collecting, preparing and submitting data for benchmarking and maturity assessments. Prepares reports, slide presentations, and materials for CIO and executive audiences.

Supports the development and implementation of departmental programs. Packages information from a variety of sources for presentations and meetings. Coordinates tasks across multiple activities in order to deliver assigned deliverables on time, accurately, and in a professionally acceptable format. Creates, updates, and maintains policies and procedures as assigned. Provides input and makes recommendations based on analysis, findings, and outcomes.

Schedules and facilitates meetings, documentation, and distribution and tracking of action items. Identifies key business functions and stakeholders to participate in workgroups and meetings. Conducts review sessions and provides status updates and reports on progress. Creates diagrams, project and procedure documentation, crosswalks and current state/future state maps, workplans, and roadmaps.

Develops strong relationships with end user communities, customers and business partners. Facilitates communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation. Serves as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal information technology, system users and vendor, working within the defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution. Troubleshoots and/or resolves application issues and escalates more complex issues as appropriate. Helps organize, plan, provide status updates, maintain Service Now tickets to the leadership 'prioritization and governance' group.



Minimum: Associate's Degree in information technology, business or a related field. The equivalent of 4 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in business information applications or a combination of education and experience, may be substituted for a degree.


Minimum: Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces, operating platforms. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint. Proficient in SharePoint.

Preferred: Experience with Visio and MS Project


Minimum: 2 years of experience in a business analyst role
