JOB PURPOSE 

To perform a variety of food production, hospitality, and environmental service duties to help ensure the hospital's food service requirements are met in a timely basis and according to standards of safety, quality, and performance.

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently:

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Minimum: High school grad or GED 

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Minimum: California Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Cert. 

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum: Knowledge of operation of food service equipment. 

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum: 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
