Maintains close relationship with the supportive functional/business areas and leadership, provides consultative services and helps guide and prioritize system and process enhancements. Leads the activities, for the supported modules, of the regularly scheduled SaaS Patching update exercises


With minimal supervision, performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with business application software. Translates business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to specifications.

Maintains required system design and build documents and other project documentation

Leads the collaboration with other application analysts to build test plans for all levels of application testing. Works closely with business users and applications team to carry out all levels of application testing.

Analyzes new functionality, as released by the software provider, to determine how it should be used; Provides feedback and recommendations to the function leadership group on possible benefits and/or drawbacks of the newly introduced features. Identifies and prepares detailed specifications of potential system enhancement needs.

Adheres to organization standards for system configuration and change control. Works with the training team to maintain and update application specific training curriculum and materials.

Analyzes data conversion needs and validates interfaced data.

Develops strong relationships with end user communities, customers and business partners. Facilitates communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation. Serves as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal information technology, system users and vendor, working within the defined project objectives for issue and problem resolution. Troubleshoots and/or resolves application issues and escalates more complex issues as appropriate. Leads the organization, planning, status updates, maintains Service Now tickets to the leadership 'prioritization and governance' group.

Develops depth and breadth in knowledge of system architecture. Serves as a mentor to new team members.



Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in information technology, business or a related field. The equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in business information applications or a combination of education and experience, may be substituted for a degree.


Preferred: Certifications in Oracle Cloud or other ERP systems and Kronos 


Minimum: Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces, operating platforms. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint. Proficient in SharePoint and Go-To-Meeting.

Preferred: Proficient in Visio


Minimum: 4 years of experience in business IT application implementation, support and maintenance, AND 2 years of experience in a business such as HR, Materials Management or Finance

Preferred: Experience implementing and supporting an ERP such as Oracle
