Position Title: Outreach Connectivity & Strategy Coordinator (Full-Time) Day Shift

The position will serve as the key outreach contact responsible for enabling strategic initiatives at Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories (PDL) with a focus on outreach lab business. The role involves assisting the Director of Strategy and Client Connectivity with the sales force administration, implementation and troubleshooting of issues associated with Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) interfaces, field visits with sales representatives to understand client issues and work with PDL and Cottage IT to articulate and resolve issues to clients satisfaction. In addition, engage in all aspects of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) setup and implementation as well as troubleshooting from the client end. Other responsibilities include assisting with all PDL strategic initiatives from design to execution, and working with PDL department leaders for assistance and implementation of identified IT initiatives and strategies. 

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in Information Sciences or Computer Electronics, or a combination of education and relevant experience using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of college. 

Knowledge of computer systems and operations, windows operating systems, E.H.R. order and result entry workflow, requirements gathering and documenting, customer relationship management software. 

3 years of experience in a business analysis, project management support environment, including experience with software troubleshooting, and managing small projects.
